The Sacred Heart “Star of the Seas” mini-boat research vessel exited its crate today. Students of Sacred Heart School in Kingston, Massachusetts constructed the boat last fall and are anxiously awaiting its launch into the Indian Ocean!
We will charge up the GPS and make sure it’s working. Once Educational Passages confirms that the GPS is working, we’ll install it in the hull of Star of the Seas along with messages from the students and instructions to any finders. We’ll seal up the hatch, install the sail and wait for an opportune time to set sail!
